Megger Earth & Ground Resistance Tester

The Megger earth and ground resistance tester measure a 2kΩ absolute maximum resistance and having the CAT IV 100 V safety category. This 3-pole tester is used to measure the resistance of earth rods and associated installations. An ICLAMP selective earth clamp is available separately and when used with the DET3TC, allows the testing of an earth rod without the need to disconnect from the system. The ground tester can measure resistance between 0.01Ω and 2000Ω and earth voltages up to 100V. To allow accurate testing in noisy environments, the instrument is capable of rejecting noise of up to 40V peak to peak. The tester is powered by Eight AA batteries, the status of these batteries is shown using a graph on the LCD.
