Keithley's Model 2460 SourceMeter Source Measure Unit (SMU) is designed for high power, high precision I-V characterisation of modern materials and high power devices. It is packed with features which make testing intuitive and help engineers and scientists to learn faster, work smarter and invent easier (Keithley's Touch, Test, Invent® design philosophy). The Model 2460 offers users a capacitative touchscreen graphical user interface (GUI), and high power sourcing (up to 105V, 7A DC/7A pulse, 100W maximum) with 0.012% basic measurement accuracy and 6-digit resolution.
