Terrapin SCE2 series latch connectors are suitable for use with Terrapin panel mount plugs. These receptacle connectors feature a black silver shell plating, excellent EMC protection and are rated to IP68 when mated and have a latching coupling ring for secure connections. Originally designed for soldier mounted connector applications such as radios and GPS units, these Terrapin connectors are also suitable for LAN Switches, USB 2.0 and unmanned ground sensors amongst others.Black silver plated connector shell
